Hold'em has so many ups and downs it's just unreal. I never imagined there would be so much gambling involved.
Well, today was a really good day. I had two bad beats (which cost me a lot $$) but I remained very focused and continued to make correct decisions. I'm still analyzing my play but so far and haven't found any mistakes. Granted I only played ~400 hands but still - I usually have not problem spotting one or two goof ups.
Click on the graph for a larger version. I've left off the scale to protect the innocent but you can still get the idea. Notice in the middle where I had a wild ride over the couse of about 10 hands!
This graph is all the hands I've played over the last two days.

Tony retook overall 2nd place by winning 2 straight tournaments. Now the race for 1st place is going to be very exciting. The top three players are within 24 points of each other. With only two more tournaments left it doesn't look like anyone else will be able to challenge 1st place.
Like many of the other inventions I've posted on here this is something I thought of a long time ago, but thought about again recently and decided to publish it.
The three September tournaments were a prime opportunity to get some easy points. Easy in the sense that there were fewer opponents in the field.
Ed made a huge move into 2nd place overtaking Tony by almost 20 points. While Tony may be able to make that up, Ed will be a vicious opponent and won't go down easily.
With a first place win Tim gained another 32 points which launched him past Nick, whom despite his efforts was held to a 13 point gain in this round. Tim has shown a lot of aggression and has as of yet not been put in check.
DJ also made a nice gain which rocketed him from 11th into 7th place.
October should be a very interesting month as Kyle will struggle to hold onto his lead for another 3 months with a field that is on the move. Ed and Tony are both nicely poised to challenge, but the rest of the pack may be running interference. Tim has shown the kind of aggression it takes to make it to the top, but his run of high point finishes may play out as Nick, who's right on his heels, bites back.
